Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team at PRAXI. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits.

Key Activities

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits;
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of company solutions according to customer needs and objectives;
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas;
  • Forecast and track key account metrics and prepare reports on account status;
  • Ensure the correct application of the company sales tools.

Requirements

Mandatory Skills

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • 4+ years of experience in sales/account management or logistics/supply chain functions;
  • 4+ years of experience in logistics/3PL/food system or GDO or FMCG businesses;
  • Knowledge of working with a CRM system and perfect use of Excel;
  • Strong commercial ability and enhanced presentation, negotiation, and communication skills;
  • High level of energy, strong sense of commitment, results-driven;
  • Good knowledge of English is required.

Nice to Have

  • An experience in the fresh/frozen business would be preferable;
  • Some pooling business model understanding;
  • Multicultural experience in international environments.
