Main Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team at PRAXI. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits.
Key Activities
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits;
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of company solutions according to customer needs and objectives;
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders;
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas;
- Forecast and track key account metrics and prepare reports on account status;
- Ensure the correct application of the company sales tools.
Requirements
Mandatory Skills
- Bachelor's degree;
- 4+ years of experience in sales/account management or logistics/supply chain functions;
- 4+ years of experience in logistics/3PL/food system or GDO or FMCG businesses;
- Knowledge of working with a CRM system and perfect use of Excel;
- Strong commercial ability and enhanced presentation, negotiation, and communication skills;
- High level of energy, strong sense of commitment, results-driven;
- Good knowledge of English is required.
Nice to Have
- An experience in the fresh/frozen business would be preferable;
- Some pooling business model understanding;
- Multicultural experience in international environments.
