Job Title: Senior Country Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Country Key Account Manager to join our team at E-Work Spa. As a Senior Country Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts in the energy and facility management sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating and supervising Site Managers and associated services for major client buildings and a network of sites across the national territory.
  • Monitoring systems of control implemented by the company.
  • Supporting the preparation of Due Diligence technical and operational reports.
  • Supporting operational management for Site Managers, based on contract requirements.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal and client processes and procedures.
  • Direct communication with the client and participation in follow-up meetings at sites.
  • Supporting procurement of materials, supplies, and equipment. Processes of bidding and preparation of offers.
  • Controlling and monitoring the annual budget for ordinary expenses. Evaluating the scope of services, implementing and monitoring measures for cost savings in the provision of services.
  • Preparing, controlling, and monitoring extraordinary action plans within the Facility Management scope.
  • Monitoring the status of work orders and monthly invoicing.
  • Evaluating and monitoring the status of buildings, ensuring correct management and conservation through SLA and KPI contractual reporting.
  • Implementing and monitoring company processes and procedures.
  • Participating in and collaborating on Risk Prevention.
Requirements:
  • More than 5 years of experience in the role.
  • Fluent knowledge of the English language (at least C1 level).
  • Techincal training, preferably in Engineering.
  • Facility Management training and experience in preparing Due Diligence reports will be considered an asset.
  • Availability for frequent national territory movements and international trips.
