Sales Specialist con esperienza in ambito informatico

Il nostro team di vendita è alla ricerca di un professionista motivato e dinamico per occupare il ruolo di Sales Specialist con esperienza in ambito informatico. Il candidato ideale sarà in grado di fornire un servizio eccellente ai nostri clienti, sviluppare nuove opportunità di vendita e raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita.
Accountabilities:- Raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita mensili e trimestrali;
- Costruire relazioni con i clienti attraverso l'engagement proattivo e la conoscenza specialistica dei prodotti;
- Preparare chiamate telefoniche per generare nuove opportunità di vendita;
- Effettuare vendite attive;
- Fornire quotazioni accurate e tempestive ai clienti;
- Generare e gestire una pipeline di affari nel sistema CRM di TD SYNNEX;
- Gestire le aspettative dei clienti per gli ordini in ritardo e la relativa documentazione;
- Developare relazioni con i contatti interni ed esterni chiave;
- Assicurarsi che il sistema CRM sia ben mantenuto e fornisca informazioni corrette sui clienti;
- Fornire, vendere e negoziare informazioni sui prodotti, i prezzi, le offerte speciali e le promozioni;
- Assicurarsi che TD SYNNEX mantenga gli accordi di servizio con i clienti;
- Raggiungere gli indicatori di prestazione chiave (KPI) come il tempo di conversazione quotidiano e le chiamate telefoniche;
- Vendere i benefici dell'utilizzo di TD SYNNEX e la proposta di valore della società;
- Developare e eseguire piani di account per mantenere e crescere la business dei clienti, eventualmente in collaborazione con un Venditore di Campo o un Manager di Sviluppo di Business.
- Capacità numeriche con buona attenzione ai dettagli;
- Comportamento telefonico eccellente;
- Abilità di gestione delle priorità e pianificazione;
- Strive a raggiungere gli obiettivi prefissati;
- Capacità di comprendere il processo di vendita;
- Abilità di comunicazione efficace;
- Capacità di costruire relazioni;
- Conoscenza di Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook;
- I candidati ideali avranno esperienza di sistemi IT per la quotazione, l'ingresso degli ordini e il CRM;
- Una conoscenza del set di prodotti sarebbe desiderabile ma non essenziale;
- Una conoscenza dell'industria IT sarebbe desiderabile ma non essenziale.
