Sales Specialist Lenovo PC

We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join our team at TD SYNNEX for a maternity cover period. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our PC business, developing strong relationships with resellers and vendors, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain excellent relationships with resellers and vendors through proactive engagement and product knowledge.
- Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls and identifying potential customers.
- Engage in active inside selling by gathering customer information and developing short-term and long-term activities.
- Manage reporting and customer backorder, utilizing specialist knowledge and project management skills.
- Provide product information, pricing, and promotions to customers, ensuring TD SYNNEX maintains service level agreements.
- Attain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as customer engagement and sales targets.
- Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the company value proposition.
- Develop partner relationships through account planning, cross-selling, and other initiatives.
- Provide accurate and timely quotations and manage a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Passion for the IT selling ecosystem and a willingness to learn and perform in a selling environment.
- Pro-activeness, motivation, and excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of sales processes and ability to manage priorities and planning.
- Good attention to detail and ability to strive for set targets.
- Fluent Italian and good English language skills.
- Prior experience with IT systems for quotation, order entry, and CRM is an asset.
- Hybrid work arrangement (2 days at the office, 3 days at home).
