Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Greet guests and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience, providing personalized attention and resolving any issues promptly.
- Room Management: Effectively manage room assignments, ensuring accurate and efficient allocation of rooms to guests.
- Communication: Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train Front Office staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain high standards of quality, ensuring compliance with Belmond's quality assurance standards.
- Revenue Management: Maximize room revenue and occupancy through effective room management and revenue analysis.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Italian, with a third language required.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications.
