Descrizione del ruolo
  • Supporto tecnico alla forza vendita durante tutte le fasi commerciali: presentazione del prodotto e ricerca di soluzioni su misura.
  • Fornire un'adeguata assistenza tecnica per i prodotti e le soluzioni del portafoglio aziendale presso i rivenditori (superstore, distributori indipendenti, magazzini edili), studi di architettura ed eventualmente l'utilizzatore finale.
  • Eseguire sopralluoghi in cantiere relativi alla prescrizione dei prodotti stilando relazioni tecniche/capitolati.
  • Seguire le contestazioni relative ai prodotti ed elaborare le relative relazioni tecniche in risposta.
  • Svolgere attività di formazione tecnica sul territorio e presso la scuola interna di formazione.
  • Organizzare e realizzare attività di promozione tecnica sul proprio territorio (convegni, seminari tecnici, eventi di informazione).
  • Interfacciarsi con il Customer Service per rispondere alle necessità e problematiche degli utilizzatori del servizio.
  • Collaborare, riportando le esigenze del mercato e dei clienti, all'innovazione, allo sviluppo e alla validazione dei prodotti.
  • Laurea o diploma in ambito tecnico/scientifico: Geometra, Ingegneria edile, Architettura.
  • Esperienza di almeno 2 anni nel ruolo.
  • Conoscenza tecnico-scientifica in ambito edile e, preferibilmente, conoscenza tecnica dei prodotti vernicianti e delle principali soluzioni tecniche dell'edilizia leggera.
  • Conoscenze informatiche: Office, CRM.
  • Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative.
  • Capacità organizzative, proattività, flessibilità, e spirito di iniziativa.
  • Propensione al raggiungimento di risultati.
  • Attitudine al problem solving.
  • Spirito Critico.
