Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our sales team in France and Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with existing and new customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with a strong understanding of the telecom business and the public sector. You will be able to identify business opportunities, build lasting partnerships, and deliver results within the PMR, TETRA, and Private Wireless ecosystems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and grow our existing TETRA business portfolio.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth in France and Italy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and end customers.
  • Identify and develop value propositions to enable the sale of Sepura TETRA and BROADBAND solutions.
  • Manage and drive the relationship with key international players in the region.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Represent Sepura in industry events and conferences.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of active sales experience.
  • Proven track record in building customer relationships and delivering results.
  • Strong understanding of the telecom business and the public sector.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English and French or Italian (ideally both).
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively in the region.
