Job Overview

As a Sales Analyst within the Global Business Services team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency of NetApp's Quoting tool. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional support to our global partner network and NetApp users. You will collaborate closely with Business Program Managers and System Administrators to ensure a seamless quoting experience. This role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and implement necessary changes to meet business objectives. You will be part of a dynamic team that spans Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Quote to Invoice, Finance, IT, and Enterprise Business Intelligence. This position offers a unique opportunity to significantly influence the sales organization’s effectiveness and improve customer satisfaction in a rapidly evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding operational support for the quoting process and system, including quote configuration, creation, updates, and addressing pricing inquiries for both direct and indirect sales teams.
  • Conduct problem analysis, triage issues, and perform root cause analysis, engaging with business program managers and technical teams as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Enhance the sales user experience by identifying and implementing process improvements that provide a competitive edge.
  • Provide expertise in testing and troubleshooting system issues, enhancements, and upgrades.
  • Serve as a resource for system and process-related inquiries, participating in project teams for future releases of the quoting tool.
  • Boost sales productivity by optimizing business processes and tools.
  • Manage data quality through analysis, quality checks, data uploads, and ad hoc reporting.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in English, with strong verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
  • Experience in renewal quoting, product configurations, and pricing processes.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple requests and supporting a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment, with a keen attention to detail and customer service excellence.
  • Experience collaborating with Change Management teams on process enhancements.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, including the ability to facilitate online meetings and collaboration sessions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated through effective presentation and communication.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree – Required
  • 6-8 years of experience in quoting processes and/or customer service within enterprise applications, preferably in high-tech industries – Required
  • Experience in providing global support, optimizing quoting processes, and product configuration for enterprises – Highly desirable
