Job Title: Technical Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Lead to join our team at RWE Renewables Italia S.r.l. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the development and construction of onshore wind, solar PV, and hybrid projects.

### Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of engineers in the design and execution of projects
* Ensure compliance with national and international standards
* Collaborate with colleagues in the Italian Development, Construction, and Operations departments
* Drive continuous improvement of technical specifications and designs

### Requirements

* University degree in electrical, civil, mechanical, or industrial engineering
* Several years of experience in project engineering disciplines in renewables
* Strong commercial judgment and ability to solve complex technical issues
* Strong understanding of Italian and international standards
* Strong HSE commitment
* Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally
* Good communication skills
* Italian and fluent in English
