We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Engineer to join our team in the southern region of Italy, contributing to the advancement of our company.

As a seasoned professional in your field, you will provide support aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction with all Sysmex products and solutions within your designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a member of the regional technical service team.
  • Manage client contracts effectively.
  • Attend client appointments for corrective actions.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of the installed systems in your assigned region.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver added value through installations and guarantees.
  • Execute corrective technical measures.
  • Conduct repair and maintenance visits.
  • Report quality data regarding installations to the head office.
  • Maintain installation quality and identify errors.
  • Keep healthcare professionals informed about the operational status of laboratory facilities.
  • Provide basic technical training post-installation.
  • Support sales and marketing teams at events and workshops.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to optimize net sales within your territory.
  • Complete and document installation and maintenance reports.
  • Manage packaging waste generated during fieldwork responsibly.

Job Requirements:

  • A university degree or equivalent in engineering or biosciences.
  • An advanced certificate in electronics or relevant industry experience.
  • Technical expertise in electronic equipment, preferably in IVD.
  • Proficiency in PC tools and software applications.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Familiarity with electronic equipment compliance with SOPs and WIs.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in high-pressure situations.

Professional Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing technical teams in the IVD sector, including direct customer interaction.
