Job Summary

Armani Hotel Milano is seeking a skilled Guest Communication Agent to join our Lifestyle Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and communication.

Main Responsibilities

  • Guest Communication: Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Phone and Email Management: Handle incoming and outgoing calls, as well as respond to guest emails in a courteous and efficient way.
  • Guest Services: Assist guests with various requests, such as wake-up calls, messages, and facsimiles.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless guest service and communication.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work calmly and confidently under pressure.
  • Language Proficiency: Be proficient in English, Italian, and additional languages desirable (Chinese or Arabic).
  • Knowledge of Local Area: Have good knowledge of the attractions and events in Milan.

Requirements

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in similar and/or related fields in a 5* hotel.
  • Education and Certifications: No specific education or certifications required.
  • Language Skills: Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English, Italian, and additional languages desirable (Chinese or Arabic).
  • Computer Skills: Working computer skills and knowledge.
