Ergonomics Solutions Manager for Italy

Sales Growth OpportunitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth from accounts within their territory, including end-user, dealer, and A&D accounts. They will educate prospects and customers on the benefits of ergonomics, leveraging this knowledge to sell Humanscale's products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Educate and market the value of ergonomic workplace solutions to end-users, dealers, architects, and designers.
- Maintain a high level of sales activity, with a minimum of 10 sales appointments per week.
- Achieve and exceed revenue, profitability, and product mix sales goals.
- Develop business plans with management to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategic sales objectives.
- Set up product tests or demos for end-users as necessary.
- Facilitate presentations for prospective clients.
- Complete sales activity & opportunity reports, sales order paperwork, installation assistance, and sales training.
To succeed in this role, the candidate should possess:
- 5+ years of business sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience preferred.
- A successful track record of planning and execution.
- Working knowledge of MS OFFICE and associated applications.
- Ability for overnight travel regionally (25%).
- Knowledge and/or experience in office furniture or related industry, a plus.
Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
