Job Title: Client Service Account Manager

ING is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Account Manager to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our Wholesale Banking clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the Client Services Account Management department, providing day-to-day servicing of local and international Corporate Clients and Financial Institutions.
  • Implement client service strategies, maintaining operational excellence and providing the best service to our customers.
  • Support the Head of Client Services in incident coordination and management.
  • Participate in client services related product and business process projects, both locally and globally.
  • Ensure personal contribution to the CS Network activities and initiatives.
  • Apply all procedures required within ING and the CS Area, complying with regulations and ING ORM/Compliance/Legal policies.
Requirements:
  • University degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years' experience in commercial/customer service role within an international banking environment.
  • Experience gained in back office, preferably within Wholesale Banking.
  • Proven experience in supporting customers, preferably corporate ones.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) is a must.
  • Advanced user of MS Office.
