About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and driven Account Executive to join our Paris office team.

This role involves engaging qualified prospects, demoing the Aircall solution, providing technical assistance, successfully navigating a proof of concept and negotiating contracts.

  • Use outbound selling strategies to create pipeline and find new business opportunities.
  • Manage prospects from qualified lead to closing and position the Aircall value proposition to medium businesses.
  • Educate prospects through complex sales-cycles to create excitement and enthusiasm across multiple stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Sales Development Representatives and Partner Account Managers to identify business opportunities and accelerate your existing pipeline.
  • Consistently prospect to maintain strong pipeline coverage and consistent quota attainment.
  • Represent Aircall with integrity and professionalism at all times in all written and oral communications.
A little more about you:
  • 2 to 8 years of sales experience is mandatory, with knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPICED / MEDDIC a bonus.
  • Fluent in French and English, with the ability to exchange in Italian or Hebrew a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce and revenue engagement tools such as Gong, Outreach, Salesloft.
  • A proactive, driven seller able to identify and communicate business pains and outcomes, drive urgency and take end-to-end ownership for quota attainment.
  • Successful track record of closing net new business and generating your own pipeline.
  • Demonstrable organisational and time management skills.
  • Competitive and driven to achieve goals, build new skills and bring new ideas on how to do things faster and better.
