As a seasoned Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and success for our Diagnostics division in Italy. In this dynamic position, you will collaborate with Sales Management to design and implement strategic sales plans that meet or exceed company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to showcase the benefits and solutions of our products to potential customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, executing a professional sales process from initial contact to post-sale.
- Support existing and potential customer bases to facilitate sales growth and expansion.
- Embody Hologic's values by demonstrating a high standard of integrity, ethics, and social responsibility.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely support for product interest, orders, payments, technical support, and more.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and maintain expense budgets.
- Contribute to market data gathering and analysis.
- Participate in trade shows, customer events, and other sales-related activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role, preferably with knowledge of Diagnostics products.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare system and customers in the region.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills to engage key stakeholders.
- Experience managing complex procurement processes and tender management.
- Ability to deliver client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects with attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Hologic business applications and Microsoft Office.
- Full driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
