Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team at Distal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a focus on the travel sector. Key responsibilities will include managing key accounts, negotiating contracts, and monitoring market trends.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients virtually, on the phone, or during sales visits to manage key accounts.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, as well as support commercial requests.
  • Attend conferences, trade exhibitions, and events to present and deliver presentations on company and product to the travel trade and key customers.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting.
  • Monitor market trends, sales performance, and market potential to propose best practice and adapt sales and commercial strategies.

Key Skills:
  • Degree related to travel trade studies, such as business administration, tourism, economics, communication, or related fields.
  • Professional experience in sales in the travel sector, with a minimum of 3 years experience.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of industry distribution tools, such as GDS and other analytical systems.
  • IT skills and full user of MS Office programs.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with great follow-up.
