As Arrow Electronics Italia S.r.l. (formerly Silverstar S.r.l.), we specialize in distribution and value-added services for electronic components.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the Rome region.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure excellent service and secure new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute sales initiatives and promote Arrow's value-added services.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain Arrow's competitive edge.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience in the electronics industry, with a strong understanding of pricing programs and models.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Able to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
