Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the Rome region.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure excellent service and secure new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute sales initiatives and promote Arrow's value-added services.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain Arrow's competitive edge.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in the electronics industry, with a strong understanding of pricing programs and models.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Able to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
