IT Consulting Firm Sales Development Representative

Company Overview: Osr Manage is a leading IT Consulting firm in New England, known for its quick response times, experience, white glove customer service, and exceptional reputation. We are a one-stop shop for all your IT Infrastructure needs.
Position Overview: We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to act as the liaison between our Sales and Marketing teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting prospects and developing relationships with potential clients. You will also assist the marketing team in implementing, improving, and reporting on various marketing campaigns, systems, and assets for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails to cultivate strong relationships with customers.
- Provide weekly marketing reports to the CEO on leads generated, the source of those leads, cost per lead, sales closed, conversion percentages, and ROI.
- Assist in creating and managing various campaigns in the company's CRM.
- Implement weekly prospecting campaigns, both online and offline.
- Manage the inbound lead cleaning and follow-up process to ensure all inbound leads are qualified, cleaned, tracked, and followed up on according to our follow-up process.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls.
- Deep understanding of CRM and some understanding of Marketing Automation Platforms.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Advanced skills with Word, Outlook, Publisher, and Excel.
- Candidate must be able to work with database files and Excel spreadsheets containing data.
- Ability to properly format marketing communications, emails, and sales letters.
- Ability to create a production schedule and follow it.
- Ability to work under deadlines and on schedule.
Work Schedule: Weekends off, 44 hours a week.
Remote Role: Nearshore Applicants - Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Honduras.
