About the Role: As a Commercial Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize commercial opportunities. You will work closely with our hotel teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and collaborate with the Regional Sales Team and General Manager to establish and adjust our selling strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize commercial opportunities.
- Lead the sales team in seeking new business opportunities and creating commercial strategies to increase revenue.
- Collaborate with hotel teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Work with the Regional Sales Team and General Manager to establish and adjust our selling strategy.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Manage the sales budget and ensure that sales targets are met.
- Recruit, train, and develop the sales team to achieve commercial objectives.
