The Finance Project Supervisor is responsible for managing the budget, forecasts, and financial reporting associated with the Expansion Project. This role collaborates closely with Project Management to ensure precise forecasting and budget oversight, including effective cash flow management. Furthermore, the position guarantees that regular financial reporting meets established standards and supervises the company's accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement an internal control system (ICS) for the organization. Deliver periodic financial reports to the Group, detailing results, cash flows, and investments in accordance with IFRS. Facilitate support for internal and external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits. Create a risk management framework and reporting process for the Group. Maintain professional relationships with external consultants to ensure compliance with corporate, fiscal, and administrative requirements. Prepare and manage the budget while conducting regular forecasts. Adhere to all safety and security protocols, setting an example for others. Follow the corporate authority matrix and ensure compliance with contract policies. Proactively identify and report opportunities for improvement to direct management.Qualifications
We seek a detail-oriented and process-driven individual capable of engaging effectively with various project stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of accountability, as this role is crucial for monitoring the project's progress and ensuring that deliverables are met.
Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, or a related field. Proficient knowledge of IFRS and its practical application. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial controlling and commercial administration, including critical path analysis and resource management. Proficient in both Italian and English (German is an advantage). At least 5 years of experience in project management or development. Strong proficiency in MS Office applications. Familiarity with SAP and accounting systems and procedures. Understanding of project management methodologies, particularly project controls. Driven, detail-oriented, and responsible for reporting and regular updates. A logical and process-oriented mindset.The ideal candidate should hold a valid EU work permit and be open to relocation.
