Job Summary:

IRCA Group is a leading international B2B provider of semi-finished ingredients for the bakery, pastry, and gelato markets. We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to oversee indirect procurement, including facilities management, logistics, freights, IT, warehousing, and other categories.

Main Responsibilities:

Research and recommend supplier programs to achieve cost savings, process improvements, and risk mitigation.
Provide support to stakeholders with acquisition strategies and sourcing & procurement options.
Design and implement procurement strategies and policies aligned with corporate vision and values.
Analyze total procurement spend on an annual basis to ensure overall effectiveness and efficiency of spend.
Develop strategic alliances with suppliers to maintain competitive pricing, flexible lead times, and high standards of quality.

Requirements:

Degree in Finance, Economics, or other business-related focus.
Advanced knowledge of supply chain management, sourcing, and/or procurement.
5+ years of experience in purchasing roles in international (multi-sites) companies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially with Excel.

Language Skills:

English language knowledge is mandatory. French/German language knowledge is a highly appreciated.

Adaptable and flexible, must be able to adapt to a fast-changing environment. Ability to build internal/external strategic relationships.

Location:

Based in Gallarate. Willingness to travel across EU sites (max 10/20% of the time).
