  • Purchase materials for the office
  • Manage administrative tasks
  • Contract lifecycle management and data entry
  • Statistics and reporting preparation
  • Negotiate packaging materials and indirect services
  • Scout and buy products

Requirements:



  • High school diploma
  • Knowledge of negotiation methods
  • 2+ years of experience in purchasing or similar roles
  • Proficient English is mandatory. A second language (French / German) knowledge is preferred
  • MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills
  • Precision, organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
