Your Role

As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as the HR authority for the Italy and Spanish markets within our Global HR framework. This newly established position will involve frequent travel to engage directly with Senior Management teams on HR matters and facilitate the growth of sales divisions. You will operate independently while receiving indirect support from the international HR team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Developing and executing the HR strategy to drive the company's success and expansion in the region.Acting as a strategic advisor to regional management teams and serving as the primary HR contact for employees.Delivering HR assistance, training, and coaching to managers across various HR domains, including leadership, organizational culture, recruitment, performance evaluation, talent development, and compensation.Leading and managing labor relations, including negotiations with trade unions.Implementing HR initiatives and ensuring effective communication of HR policies, guidelines, and procedures.Overseeing contractual agreements, reporting, and other administrative responsibilities in collaboration with internal and external service providers.
Your Profile:
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a commercial or sales-oriented environment.Strong interest and experience in organizational development and change management.Commitment to fostering the success and growth of the organization.Knowledge of labor legislation in Italy; familiarity with Spanish labor laws is a plus.A degree in Human Resources or a related field is advantageous.Extensive experience in stakeholder management and the ability to cultivate professional relationships with both internal and external clients.Fluency in English, Italian, and Spanish is essential due to local employee and business needs.
