As a Brand Specialist with Engineeringuk, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction for our strategic brands. Your expertise in e-commerce and analytical skills will enable you to identify opportunities and provide recommendations to improve overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive EU supply-chain operational excellence initiatives by reducing costs, defects, lead times, and managing stock in our fulfilment centre.
• Provide recommendations for the brand's marketing and advertising campaigns to promote new products, increase traffic, and improve conversion. Plan, implement, and manage promotional activities for Amazon events such as Prime Day to help your brands generate sales. On top of that, drive brand weeks with your vendors and work closely with Amazon Advertising to explore further marketing opportunities.
• Help grow selection by managing the launch of new products and improving discoverability. Identify product gaps, onboard the new products, and be responsible for the ramp up of these products, as well as improve the customer journey on Amazon. Perform walk the store sessions, competitor benchmarking, and create enhanced content on detail pages.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience, English (minimum C1 level) and French (minimum C1 level), and minimum of 12 months professional experience after graduation in Sales, Buying, Project Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, or Consulting. Knowledge in MS Office programs (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint) is also required. Proven business acumen and analytical skills are a plus.
