Casa Brera, a luxury lifestyle hotel in Milan, seeks a talented Night Chef de Partie to join their pre-opening team. Reporting to the Executive Sous Chef, this role will cover culinary tasks for the F&B production of four outlets. Key responsibilities include ensuring adequacy of supplies, assisting with orders, and maintaining kitchen equipment and cleanliness.

About the Role

  • Full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off
  • Estimated starting date in July/August
  • Exclusively responsible for the night shift

About Casa Brera

Casa Brera is an unexpected gateway in the heart of Milan, set to open its doors in autumn 2024. Reinterpreted by Studio Urquiola, the hotel features 116 sophisticated guestrooms and a culinary hub offering authentic Japanese and Italian experiences. As a Night Chef de Partie, you will be part of a modern and authentic hospitality team, crafting unique experiences that connect guests with Milanese heritage.
