At Publicis Groupe, we are looking for an Administration Coordinator to join our team in Rome. This role is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and gain experience in administration and coordination.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to support our APEX Team in coordinating activities between the Media Controller Team and Local Media Agencies.
- Support the APEX Team in ensuring proper costs uploading in the administrative invoicing tool
- Track and manage daily work to ensure compliance with finance and administrative deadlines
- Provide training and support to the Media Controller Team
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong administration/accounting inclination
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Excellent analytical thinking skills
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
As a member of our team, you can expect:
- A competitive salary: €25,000 - €30,000 per year, depending on experience
