About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our growing team and help Rillet transition to the next phase of our company's trajectory. As a key member of our GTM team, you will work closely with our CEO and founding team to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and revenue. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their success with our software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform our growth strategy

Requirements:
  • 2-3+ years of experience in a similar role at a top-tier SaaS startup or financial services company
  • Proven track record of driving growth and revenue in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
