Job Overview

The Suite Guest Services Coordinator is committed to providing exceptional service to our esteemed guests staying in Anantara suites, ensuring a personalized, meticulous, and seamless experience.

This role involves attending to all guest requirements, from the moment of booking through to their departure.

With a focus on discretion and professionalism, the Coordinator will be perceived by guests as a trustworthy and capable individual, fostering a sense of ownership while respecting their privacy.

The initial impression we create for our guests is crucial in shaping their overall experience and lasting memories.

Our demeanor, conduct, and etiquette must reflect the values of Anantara, which encompasses grooming and non-verbal communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that all suites and guest areas are impeccably maintained and cleaned in accordance with the hotel's Standard Operating Procedures. Promptly relay guest requests, preferences, and relevant information to the appropriate departments. Possess comprehensive knowledge of the hotel's amenities and local attractions. Assist guests in a courteous and knowledgeable manner. Demonstrate exceptional skills in anticipating guest needs and maintaining a keen attention to detail. Cultivate a strong rapport with guests, maintaining ongoing interactions to understand their preferences and create a detailed guest history. Adhere to Anantara Brand Standards, as well as the etiquette and procedures outlined by LQA standards. Create memorable experiences for guests throughout their stay at Palazzo Naiadi. Arrive for duty punctually, dressed in the appropriate uniform and name tag. Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and hygiene. Ensure thorough shift handovers and uphold effective communication and feedback among team members. Collaborate closely with the Housekeeping and Front of House teams. Prepare suites according to guest preferences, requests, and specific amenities. Be flexible to work any shift assigned by the Head of Department. Support the Butler team with assistance related to luggage and shoe care.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Required language proficiency: Italian and English (B2-level or higher). Previous experience in hospitality or a related field. Knowledge of service excellence. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work effectively under pressure and follow directions.
