Job Description

As a Front Desk Agent and representative of the Accor brand, you are expected to embody the spirit of hospitality. Being authentic, friendly, considerate, courteous, thoughtful, positive, and respectful to ALL team members, guests, vendors, contractors, and anyone associated with Accor is essential. This also includes maintaining these characteristics while representing Accor at all times. Accor provides our guests with a fun, friendly, and personalized experience. Objective: The Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, ensuring they feel at home in their surroundings.

Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Warmly greets and welcomes guests. Assigns rooms and keys to guests. Follows room rates as determined by the Front Office Manager. Maintains room availability. Collects and distributes messages for guests. Prepares invoices and processes payments for stays. Assists in resolving billing issues. Answers questions regarding hotel amenities and services. Exhibits impeccable phone and interaction etiquette with guests. Provides genuine service and a warm welcome to all guests. Offers recommendations for local attractions, dining, and shopping. Arranges transportation for guests. Maintains accurate hotel records. Generates nightly reports as required. Performs other duties as assigned.
