YOUR ROLE:
As the pivotal point of contact for our guests, you will ensure that every interaction is memorable and tailored to their needs. Your leadership will guide the reception team, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the day.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of the Front Office team, ensuring high standards of service.
• Act as the primary liaison between the staff and management, facilitating smooth communication and operations.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Contribute to the marketing efforts of Mama Shelter, promoting our services, products, and events to maximize visibility and engagement.
