Position Overview

The Payroll Delivery Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that operational teams are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to meet client deadlines effectively. This position collaborates closely with management to deliver exceptional service to clients by providing both functional and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and efficient payroll preparation and calculation, facilitating timely and correct payment processing.
  • Maintain, oversee, and update intricate personnel information and payroll data within SAP HR.
  • Address and resolve personnel administration, time management, and payroll inquiries escalated by Tier 1 or directly from HR Business Partners.
  • Guide clients on the implementation and application of employment law, assisting them in resolving administrative, payroll-related, and legal challenges.
  • Serve as a key user of SAP HR for clients, aiding in the formulation of change requests, conducting functional analyses, and testing configurations.
  • Generate reports using SAP HR.
  • Engage in daily communication with other departments and clients via phone and email.
  • Establish and nurture a relationship of trust and mutual respect with clients.
  • Continuously monitor changes and updates in employment law.
  • Produce regular and on-demand payroll reports and statistical data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Familiarity with SAP HR or similar HR systems is advantageous.
