We are seeking a highly skilled Service Field Engineer to join our team in Italy/Greece, with the possibility of considering other major cities in Europe. As a Service Field Engineer, you will be responsible for providing remote support and analyzing the performance of existing projects in the BESS utility market.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in After-Sales within a site/remote support position and a strong technical background in battery energy storage systems and related technologies. Fluency in English is a must, and proficiency in Chinese or another European language is a plus.

Responsibilities will include overseeing the performance of existing projects, conducting performance tests, and creating reports. The successful candidate will also provide remote support to internal colleagues and clients, develop and verify procedures, and create and deliver training internally and externally.

Additionally, the Service Field Engineer will perform commissioning, scheduled maintenance, extraordinary maintenance, component repairs, and testing at customer sites. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues, are essential for this role.

This position requires frequent travel to customer sites, and the ability to work from home when on-site activities are not required. A company laptop and phone will be provided to facilitate work activities.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or a diploma in Electronics and Electrical Engineering. We offer a full-time contract and a dynamic work environment.
