Job Title: Inbound Sales Specialist Italy

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inbound Sales Specialist to join our Italian team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in converting marketing-generated leads into satisfied Beem customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with inbound leads, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process from initial contact to final purchase.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies based on customer feedback and sales experiences.
  • Accurately track and report on lead conversions and sales metrics.
  • Ensure a positive and seamless purchasing experience for our customers.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (outbound or inbound sales at a startup), preferably in the renewable energy, technology, or hardware sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Italian and English (French is a plus).
  • Customer-obsessed mindset and ability to quickly understand and articulate product features and benefits.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
