Main Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager for the Italy market, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in the region. Your key activities will include:

  • Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing inbound requests, and participating in industry events to acquire potential clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Pricing and Budgeting: Negotiating prices with customers, creating and managing budgets, and promoting cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, tracking sales performance, and providing regular reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

Must Have:

  • Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technologies, Biology, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience in an international context, preferably in the chemical or scientific markets.
  • Fluent English language skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Background in the nutraceutical industry.
  • Basic French language skills.
