Responsabilità dello stabilimento- Coordina l'attività dei responsabili delle linee produttive impartendo ogni istruzione necessaria ad assicurare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di produzione previsti sotto il profilo qualitativo e quantitativo;
- Assicura il sistematico utilizzo della procedura dei controlli e degli strumenti destinati al controllo qualitativo della produzione;
- Coordina la pianificazione della produzione, suggerendo modifiche ai programmi per aumentare la produttività piuttosto che riduzione dei lotti per permettere consegne in tempo; se necessario, si coordina con gli approvvigionamenti per prioritizzare in modo corretto l'arrivo di materia prima;
- Valuta costantemente il livello di efficienza tecnica e tecnologia relativi agli impianti di produzione, proponendo e segnalando all'Operations Manager tutti gli interventi necessari ad assicurare una maggiore funzionalità e controlla l'attuazione degli interventi programmati;
- Coordina l'attività della logistica e del conto terzi interfacciandosi con il responsabile della logistica e del conto terzi;
- Sovraintende e garantisce il buon funzionamento della filiera logistica interna, dalla pianificazione degli ordinativi all'approvvigionamento delle materie prime fino alla consegne ai clienti;
- Decide, organizza e supervisiona tutti i passaggi della logistica interna al fine di migliorare l'efficienza dei processi e le consegne nel rispetto delle tempistiche;
- Verifica e analizza i dati aziendali relativi agli acquisti, ai costi delle lavorazioni interne ed esterne, ai costi di carico e trasporto e valuta le performance del personale di riferimento;
- Si occupa della crescita professionale e della motivazione dei propri collaboratori.
Il candidato, con Laurea in Ingegneria o cultura equivalente, deve avere un'esperienza consolidata nel ruolo, maturata in contesti strutturati presso i quali ha maturato esperienze tecnico-manageriali di gestione e di coordinamento. Deve dimostrare doti di problem solving, elevate capacità organizzative e gestionali (nel rispetto degli obiettivi di tempi, costi e metodi) e predisposizione al lavoro di squadra.
