About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team at ABB. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the Electrification segment, focusing on the Machine Application area.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including OEMs, panel builders, installers, and wholesalers.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities, including identifying new customers and expanding existing relationships.
- Provide customers with tailored solutions to meet their needs, analyzing their requirements and offering customized products and services.
- Communicate ABB's value proposition and strategy to customers, highlighting the benefits of our Electrification solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Electrification industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, including market analysis and competitor analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
