Job Summary:

The Technical Inside Sales Representative will serve as a solutions specialist, leading the interpretation of customer requirements and understanding the technical aspects of CWI products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and guidance to both the sales team and customers, helping to find solutions to customer problems.
  • Generate leads, advance the sales process, close new business, and achieve corporate sales targets.
  • Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales of the organization's products and services.
  • Analyze customer specifications, recommend product configurations, advise on pricing estimates, and ensure the accuracy and quality of sales proposals.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather and disseminate product information, technical specifications, and pricing details.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Sales, Marketing) or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in an inside sales or technical sales support role.
