Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Agency Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving incremental and new business revenue with top agencies, building relationships at the C-level, and educating agencies to master the Pinterest ad platform. You will also partner closely with our Sales Managers and leadership to execute the agency strategy and build commercial partnerships with assigned agency networks.
Key Responsibilities- Drive incremental and new business revenue with top agencies
- Build relationships at the C-level and educate agencies to master the Pinterest ad platform
- Partner closely with Pinterest Sales Managers and leadership to execute the agency strategy
- Build, negotiate, and close annual commercial partnerships with assigned agency networks
- Prove demonstrable impact of the agency team's work using effective metrics and market feedback
- 10+ years of digital advertising agency and agency sales experience
- Demonstrable capabilities in implementing sales strategies into the holdco and opco level of a media agency network
- Experience working with executive-level business and marketing leaders within agency organizations
- An existing network of senior agency contacts is preferred
- Proven track record of managing commercial partnerships and ensuring accountability from internal and agency stakeholders
