About the Role
Mercer, a leading global consulting firm, is seeking a highly skilled International Mobility Consultant to join our team in Milan/Rome. As a key member of our Global Mobility Team, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on international mobility topics, acquiring new customers, and expanding existing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on international compensation and participation strategies, identifying market trends and customer needs to support the evolution of Mercer products and services.
- Manage national and international consulting projects, focusing on international compensation and participation, and participate in national and international project teams.
- Hold presentations and external lectures, conduct seminars, write articles, and conduct marketing activities to promote Mercer's services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to expand existing relationships and acquire new customers.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in international compensation and/or mobility/secondment of an international company, ideally acquired in a corporate environment or in a renowned management consultancy.
- Consulting and/or sales experience in International Compensation and/or Global Mobility services.
- Fluency in both Italian and English.
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
- Strong analytical, processing, and data-driven aptitude and skills.
