About the Role:

Crown Records Management is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team in Abbiategrasso, Milan. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for operating a financially profitable business by increasing sales, containing costs, and maximizing margins on all services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Seek new business opportunities and manage operational activities, following up on-site management for major jobs to ensure quality service is delivered and to seek opportunities to increase revenue (i.e., selling additional services) and margins.
  • Grow revenues.
  • Ensure quality services are delivered on all services performed in the region.
  • Help in developing and strengthening new business lines as per the strategy of the Crown group.
  • Actively pursue new business, identify new sources of revenue from customer portfolio and help develop regional contracts locally.
  • Report to and work closely with the Manager, ensuring all leads, follow-ups, referrals, and quotations are completed in an integrated and proactive manner.

  • Ability to set priorities, manage your time and workload, and meet strict deadlines dependably.
  • Ensure tasks are completed within timelines to a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.

What We Offer:

  • Flexible working arrangements – at least 3 days per week on-site.
