Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to enhance our Sales team as we expand our presence in the region. This role is primarily focused on sales performance and achieving targets. You will be tasked with acquiring new clients while ensuring outstanding service for our existing customers. The successful candidate will strategize and cultivate essential relationships to lay a solid groundwork for solution-oriented selling. This includes fostering connections with customer contacts who influence design opportunities and addressing ongoing business challenges.

Your Duties Will Include:

  • Identifying critical markets and potential customers within the designated sales territory, formulating strategies, and nurturing key relationships to establish a robust foundation for solution selling.
  • Sustaining and enhancing relationships with customer contacts who may influence design opportunities and address existing business challenges.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction in relation to supply chain management and other value-added services, necessitating experience in technical and engineering environments.
  • Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of pricing strategies and models prevalent in the electronics sector.
  • Driving demand creation by executing agreed supplier initiatives and maximizing Arrow's design-in content and technical services.
  • Maintaining a clear record of development projects for each customer and their respective stages.
  • Developing strategic plans for all assigned accounts, effectively marketing the full range of Arrow's offerings while leveraging knowledge of key supplier lines.
  • Promoting and selling the value-added services, supply chain solutions, and comprehensive lifecycle programs provided by Arrow.

Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent communication and Customer Relationship Management skills.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • A proactive and autonomous work ethic.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
