Siamo alla ricerca di un candidato motivato e dinamico per ricoprire il ruolo di Partner e Manager di Location all'interno del nostro team di E Drive Infrastructure.
Compiti Principali- Identificazione di Location Strategiche: individuare e selezionare le migliori location per l'installazione delle nostre infrastrutture di ricarica, tenendo conto di parametri quali-quantitativi rilevanti.
- Ricerca dei Proprietari: identificare e contattare i proprietari dei siti selezionati.
- Contatto e Negoziazione: stabilire contatti con le proprietà immobiliari e negoziare contratti per l'acquisizione di nuovi siti.
- Aggiornamento dei Dati: aggiornare i dati sul CRM e preparare forecast e report per il Management.
- Conoscenza del Mercato Immobiliare: avere una buona conoscenza del mercato immobiliare e del territorio.
- Spiccate Doti di Procacciamento: essere in grado di gestire un ampio portafoglio clienti e negoziare contratti complessi.
- Capacità Analitiche: avere capacità analitiche e di problem-solving per gestire situazioni complesse.
- Forte Automotivazione: essere in grado di lavorare in un ambiente frenetico e gestire molteplici priorità.
- Esperienza nel Settore: avere esperienza nei settori della mobilità elettrica, telecomunicazioni, energie rinnovabili, immobiliare o pianificazione urbanistica.
- Conoscenza del Mercato: avere conoscenza del mercato dell'eMobility, delle tecnologie di ricarica e delle tendenze del settore.
