About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior HelpDesk Specialist to join our team at MotorK. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Responsibilities
  • First-Line Support: Respond to IT-related queries via various channels, including email, phone, and in-person support.
  • Issue Diagnosis: Determine solutions based on user-provided details and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Problem Resolution: Guide users through solutions and provide step-by-step instructions to resolve technical issues.
  • Ticket Management: Escalate unresolved queries and maintain accurate records of all support interactions.
  • Documentation: Update user data, produce activity logs, and manage IT asset inventory to ensure accurate tracking of company assets.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Set up and configure PCs for new employees and handle offboarding procedures to ensure a seamless transition.
  • IT Warehouse Management: Organize and manage IT assets in the warehouse to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the IT team and Infrastructure team to address recurring issues and improve overall IT performance.
  • Cloud Support: Provide first-level support for cloud-related issues, including DNS, AWS, Terraform, and other cloud-based services.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Windows and preferably MacOS.
  • Strong problem-solving and team-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts.
  • Good level of English.
  • Working towards or completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
