About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Helpdesk Partner to join our team at Doctolib. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our users, ensuring their seamless experience with our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for users requiring IT support, providing timely and effective solutions to their technical issues.
  • Handle level 1 requests and incidents, including access to applications, technical diagnosis, and troubleshooting.
  • Accompany users from the opening of the ticket to its complete resolution, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Evaluate and escalate incidents to local IT Support teams (level 2) as needed.
  • Identify recurring requests and incidents to propose automation or process improvements, enhancing user satisfaction and experience.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in IT support, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a flexible and proactive approach.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with users from diverse backgrounds.
