About the Job

We are seeking an IT Helpdesk Partner to join our team at Doctolib. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our platform.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve technical issues and incidents in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with local IT Support teams to escalate complex issues
  • Identify and report recurring issues to improve our platform
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance user satisfaction
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
  • Fluency in English
