Job Title: IT Helpdesk Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Helpdesk Specialist to join our team at Joivy. As an IT Helpdesk Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, collaborating with external suppliers, and ensuring the smooth operation of internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee and manage IT infrastructure in partnership with external suppliers, ensuring the reliability and performance of IT systems across all locations.
  • Internal Accounts Management: Manage internal accounts for each building, including video surveillance systems, and ensure secure and efficient access control and monitoring.
  • Hardware Management: Manage and maintain hardware assets for each building, coordinating hardware repairs and replacements as needed.
  • Ticket Management: Collect, prioritize, and resolve IT support tickets, providing timely and effective solutions to technical issues raised by users.
  • Documentation: Maintain and update IT documentation, including network configurations, hardware inventories, and procedural guides.
  • Occasional Work Trips: Travel to set up networks in our buildings across Italy.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of LAN and VLAN network management and configuration.
  • Experience in managing access points, switches, firewalls, and routers.
  • Familiarity with ticketing solutions such as Jira Service Management.
  • Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
