About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Coordinator to join our team at Grand Hotel Timeo, A Belmond Hotel. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of exceptional guest service and ensuring the smooth operation of our spa and wellness facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the management and supervision of the spa and associated services, working closely with the Director of Spa and Wellness to drive revenue growth and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Manage and monitor spa reservations, training, and guest response processes to ensure seamless operations and maximum efficiency.
  • Oversee daily reservation processes and operations, including group blocks, occupancy, department management, and policy implementation and enforcement.
  • Develop and maintain standards of quality, service, cleanliness, and controls to ensure a world-class experience for our guests.
  • Lead and develop the performance of team members, providing supervision, professional development, and recognition to drive individual and team success.
Requirements
  • Certification or diploma in aesthetics, physiotherapy, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a spa therapist in a luxury hospitality environment, with a strong understanding of massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, and other spa treatments.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues alike.
  • User-level computer skills and knowledge of LQA standards, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
