About This Opportunity
We're seeking a talented Customer Service Team Leader to join our HOKA Wholesale team at Deckers Brands. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Customer Service team to deliver outstanding service to our customers, meeting or exceeding our service standards and SLAs.
- Collaborate with the Head of Wholesale Customer Service to set and achieve customer-focused goals, and promote a positive work environment.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines, ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and issues.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance, including performance management, coaching, and training.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business results, meet commercial targets, and maximize order book conversion.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a Customer Service or Customer Experience role, with a track record of driving team performance and achieving customer satisfaction goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet multiple deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Italian is required for this role.
