Project: Support a leading mobile operator
Location: Work from home in Athens, Greece (flexible schedule)
Relocation Package: Accommodation and flight ticket covered within the EU, airport pickup, and real estate agency fee covered
Language Requirements: Italian: C2 Level (Fluent), English: B2 Level (Intermediate)
Salary: Base Salary: 1,100 EUR Monthly (paid over 14 months), Performance Bonus: Up to 240 EUR monthly based on performance
Working Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 09:00 AM - 9:00 PM (shifts within these hours), 40 hours/week
About the Role: As a customer service specialist, you will handle customer inquiries, provide troubleshooting support, and offer exceptional service ensuring customer satisfaction in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat, assist customers in troubleshooting issues with mobile services, provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner, follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Requirements: Fluency in Italian (C2 level), B2 proficiency in English, good communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer literacy
