About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Excellence Specialist to join our team in Vimodrone, Italy. As a key contact for our customers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional order fulfilment and knowledge services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a dedicated customer base, working closely with Sales Managers to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, building strong relationships and trust with our customers.
  • Monitor customer credit limits and control stock levels to ensure timely order delivery.
  • Provide timely updates to customers on order status and offer guidance on sustainability and product-related questions.
  • Expand our customer base and improve the utilization rate of eFlow online for onboarded customers.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer fulfilment in a multinational environment. You should be proficient in Italian, Spanish, and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
